About

Path

The path

I grew up in a small town in France with Moroccan roots and one recurring thought: there has to be more than this. That restlessness took me from Chatellerault to Poitiers, Tours, Lyon, and eventually London. Each city taught me something. Each move stripped away another assumption about how things should work.

Travel is how I learned to think. Not the tourism kind — the kind where you arrive somewhere new and realise your entire framework for understanding people was built on a sample size of one.

Process

How I work

I structure problems before I touch solutions. I write to think, draw to map, and only then bring others in. Most things go wrong not because the solution was bad, but because the problem was never properly understood.

I lead the same way. Set the direction, give people space, trust the process. High standards and psychological safety are not opposites. They need each other.

Drive

What drives me

Freedom. Everything I build — this portfolio, the systems, the side projects — is a step toward independence. I have been working toward this since I was eighteen. The ability to create on my own terms, invest in what I believe in, build something that belongs to me.

I do not negotiate my value. I prove it.

Outside of work

Running, sourdough experiments, London's restaurant scene. Heavy reader — systems thinking, decision-making, history. I believe the best ideas come from cross-pollinating disciplines.
